   Loving Hands are a Fife based group who knit, crochet and sew for various charities both at home and abroad.  We have over 200 members from all over the UK (and even a couple of overseas members as well).  Current charities we support include - Blythswood Care, UK Maternities, Boobs for breastfeeding, Feed the Children, Save the Children, The Linda Macdonald Foundation, BISS and Blankets for Animal Shelters.  New members are always welcome as are donations of wool, needles, patterns, lace trimmings, fabric, wedding and bridesmaids dresses (we unpick these to make baby burial gowns), blankets, duvets and towels.  Check out our website at www.lovinghands.org.uk for information or email Lou at charityknitters@yahoo.co.uk .  Local meetings in Kelty and Kirkcaldy every Monday too!
