Hi,

If you read Simply Knitting most months they have a toy pattern from Alan Dart and I believe a lot of people make them and raffle them off and I would say they are all quite up to date and most people would just love them

Me and my mum have always enjoyed taking part in contributing the Innocent Smoothies Big Knit. If anyone else out there enjoys knitting the little hats and was wondering then I have been told they will be going ahead with the Big Knit again in 2010. In Norwich we are holding our second gay pride and are looking for people to knit squares to show their support. We especially want people from faith groups.
the squares will be knitted together to make a giant rainbow scarf to hang off the city hall balcony and then broken into blankets for charity

knit in double knitting
any colour of the rainbow
garter stitch
15cm x 15cm
4mm needles
